Seeks to extend the due date for filing FORM GSTR-4 for the Financial Year 2019-20 to 31.10.2020 - F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-III-229 - Rajasthan SGST

GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: September 04, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in this department's notification No. F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-III-05, dated the 23rd April, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the third paragraph, in the first proviso, for the figures, letters and words 31st day of August, 2020 , the figures, letters and words 31st day of October, 2020 shall be substituted [F. 12(46)FD/Tax/2017-III-229] By Order of the Governor, (NISHANT JAIN) Joint Secretary to the Government
