No. 3(52)/Fin(Rev.-I)/2020-21/DS-IV/122 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3,read with sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Delhi Act 03 of 2017), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to appoint the following class of officers for purposes of this Act and confer upon them the power of the respective post against which they are appointed under the said Act, with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the respective posts as the case may be, so long as they hold such post in the Department of Trade Taxes : 1. Special Commissioners of State Tax 2. Additional Commissioners of State Tax 3. Joint Commissioners of State Tax 4. Deputy Commissioners of State Tax 5. Assistant Commissioners of State Tax 6.
