Substitution of words financial years 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20 in notification no. 921 dated 8-11-2019 - 880/2020/7(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CT-77 - Uttarakhand SGST

Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 880/2020/7(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CT-77 Dehradun : Dated: 11 November, 2020 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; Now, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 06 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to allow to make the following amendment in the notification of Government of Uttarakhand No. 921/2019/4(120)/XXVII (8)/2019/CT-47 dated 8 th November, 2019, namely :- In the said notification in the opening paragraph, for the words and figures financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19 , the words and figures financial years 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20 shall be substituted.
