Amendment notification on Odisha State Authority for Advance ruling - 30110-FIN-CT 1-TAX-0072/2017 - Orissa SGST

GOVERNMENT OF ODISHA FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 12 th November, 2020 S.R.O. No. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017), the State Government, do hereby make the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 27485-FIN-CT1-TAX-0072-2017, dated the 16th September, 2017, published in the Extraordinary issue No. 1529 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 16th September, 2017 bearing S.R.O. No. 412/2017 , as amended from time to time, and the last such amendment is made in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 19469-FlN-CT1-TAX-0072/2017 , dated the 1 st July, 2020, published in the Extraordinary issue No.942 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 1 st July, 2020, bearing S.R.O. No. 161/2020, namely:- In the said notification, for serial number 1 and serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following serials and entries against those shall be substituted, namely:- 1. Shri Dillip Satpathy, Special Commissioner of State Tax, Odisha and 2. Shri Gopal Krishna Pati, Joint Commissioner of Central Tax, Bhubaneswar.
