Constitutes the Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone Authority - Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 2060(E) dated 16th May, 2018 - S.O. 4503(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th December, 2020 S.O. 4503(E) .-The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 2060(E) dated 16th May, 2018 , for inclusion of new members in VSEZ Authority, namely : In the said notification, the entry at Sl.Nos. 5 and 6 which reads as under: 5 Shri R.
