Seeking to extend the due dates for compliances and action in respect of anti-profiteering measures under GST till 31.03.2021 - F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-III- 262 - Rajasthan SGST

GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: December 21, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168A of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in this department's notification No. F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt.V-177, dated the 18th May, 2020, as amended from time to time, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, in the proviso to clause (i), (i) for the words, figures and letters 29th day of November, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 30th day of March, 2021 shall be substituted. (Ii) for the words, figures and letters 30th day of November, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 31st day of March, 2021 shall be substituted 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st day of December, 2020.
