Uttar Pradesh Shasan Rajya Kar Anubhag -2 In pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government Notification no.-1371/XI-2-20-9(47)/17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(163)-2020 dated December 09, 2020. NOTIFICATION No. 1371/XI-2-20-9(47)/17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(163)-2020 Lucknow: Dated: December 09, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 148 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification No. KA.NI.-2-983/XI-9(47)/17 U.P. Act-1 2017- Order (42)-2019 dated 02.07.2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the third paragraph, in the first proviso, for the figures, letters and words 31st day of August, 2020 , the figures, letters and words 31 st day of October, 2020 shall be substituted 2, This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 31st day of August, 2020.
