HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 22nd January, 2021 No.02/GST-2 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (25 of 2020), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of sections 3 to 10 and 15 of the said Act shall come into force.
