Amendment in Export Policy of Injection Remdesivir and Remdesivir API. - 01/2015-2020 - Foreign Trade Policy

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) (DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th April, 2021 No. 01/2015-2020 Subject : Amendment in Export Policy of Injection Remdesivir and Remdesivir API. S.O. 1548(E).- In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) , as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule 2 of the ITCHS Export policy related to export of Injection Remdesivir and Remdesivir Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API): S. The provision under Para 1.05 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-20 regarding transitional arrangement is not applicable for this notification. 3. Effect of this Notification: The export of Injection Remdesivir and Remdesivir Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) falling under the ITCHS Codes specified above or falling under any other HS Code has been prohibited, with immediate effect.
