GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Finance (Revenue Control Division) Notification 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(218)/1938 In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (6D) of section 25 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017), the Government of Goa, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the Government Notification No. 38/1/2017Fin(R C)(191) dated 12th March, 2021, published in the Official Gazette, Extraordinary No. 3, Series I No. 50, dated 15th March, 2021, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph after the words hereby notifies that the provisions of , the words, brackets, figure and letter sub-section (6A) or shall be inserted.
