Dated, Howrah, the 21st day of October, 2021 (Corresponding Central Notification No. 36/2021-Central Tax) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6D) of section 25 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased hereby to make the following amendment in this Department notification No. 440-F.T., dated the 31st March, 2021 published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, Part I: Amendment In the said notification, in the first paragraph after the words hereby notifies that the provisions of , the words, brackets, figure and letter sub-section (6A) or shall be inserted. 2.
