Amendment in Notification S.O. 408(E) dated 2nd February, 2016 - S.O. 3732 (E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 26th July, 2018 S.O. 3732(E). -The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 408(E) dated 2nd February, 2016, for inclusion of new members in MEPZ SEZ Authority , namely: In the said notification, the entry at Sl.
