GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF EXCISE AND TAXATION (EXCISE AND TAXATION-II BRANCH) NOTIFICATION The 28th November, 2021 No. S.O. 127/P.A.5/2017/S.99/2021 .- In supersession of the Government of Punjab, Department of Excise and Taxation, Notification No. S.O. 70/P.A. 5/2017/S.99/ 2018, dated the 14th May, 2018 published in the Punjab Government Gazette (Extraordinary), dated the 17th May, 2018, and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 99 of the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Punjab Act No. 5 of 2017), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute the Punjab Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods and Services Tax for hearing of appeals against the advance ruling pronounced by the Advance Ruling Authority, which shall consist of the following members:- (i) Chief Commissioner of Central Tax, Chandigarh Zone; and (ii) Commissioner of State Tax, Punjab.
