COMMERCIAL TAX DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 29th September, 2022 S.O. 190, Date 29 September, 2022 --In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2022 (Bihar Ordinance No. 2, 2022), the Governor of Bihar hereby appoints the 1st day of October, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 15 of the said Ordinance shall come into force.
