MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th July, 2022 S. O. 3515(E). -Whereas the Central Government, having regard to the development and promotion of export of cashew nuts and its products, considers it necessary and expedient to add cashew nuts and its products to the First Schedule to the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985 (2 of 1986); Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985 (2 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the First Schedule to the said Act; namely: - In the first Schedule to the said Act, after serial number 15 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be added, namely: - 16.
