Seeks to amend Notification No. 10/2019—State Tax, 11th March 2019 - 15/2022-State Tax - Chhattisgarh SGST

Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan Atal Nagar, the 16th August 2022 NOTIFICATION No. 15/2022-State Tax No. F 10-39 /2022/CT/V(65).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 23 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification No. 10/2019-State Tax, No. F-10-12/2019/CT/V(28), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department, dated the 7th March, 2019, published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh. No. 87, dated the 11th March 2019, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks shall be substituted. 2.
