FINANCE (EXPENDITURE-1) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 5th December, 2022 F. No. 3(10)/Fin(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/934 .-In supersession of the Notification No. F.3 (17)/Fin (RevI)/2017-18/DS-IV/602 dated 27th July, 2021, the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi in exercise of powers conferred by section 96 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 is pleased to reconstitute the Delhi Authority for Advance Ruling, with immediate effect with following members: 1. Sh. Anup Kumar, Joint Commissioner of Central Taxes, Audit-I, nominated by Central Government vide letter C.No. CCO(DZ)GST CX/08/Deepak Co. (DAAR)/2018/1476 dated 04/03/2022, as member of Central Government. 2. Sh. Lekh Raj, Additional Commissioner, DGST, as member of State Government. By Order and in the Name of Lt.
