Notifies the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority u/s 194A NOTIFICATION NO. 644(E) DATED 5-7-2000 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause ( f ) of clause ( iii ) of sub-section (3) of section 194A of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority for the purpose of the said sub-clause.
