PCBs - 15% Duty 26th April, 2001 Notification No. 45 /2001-Customs In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act,1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 17/2001-Customs, dated the 1 st March,2001,namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, after serial number 292 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) "292A 8529.90 Populated PCBs of,- (a)transmission apparatus other than apparatus for radio broadcasting or television (b) transmission apparatus incorporaing reception apparatus 15% - -" Sd/- (G.D.Lohani) Under Secrtary of the Government of India Issued by:Government of India Ministry of Finance Department of Revenue, New Delhi F.No. B-7/1/2001-TRU Note:- The principal notification No. 17/2001-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2001 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide G.S.R 116(E), dated the 1st March, 2001 and last ameded by Notification No.44/2001-Customs, dated 26th April, 2001, vide G.S.R. 295 (e) dated the 26th April, 2001
