Inclusion of new members in Noida SEZ Authority - Seeks to amend Notification No. S.O. 908 dated 07.02.2019 - S.O. 1327(E) - Special Economic Zone

The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 908 dated 07.02.2019 , namely : In the said notification, the entry at Sl.No. 5 which reads as under 5 Sh.
