Inclusion of new members in Noida SEZ Authority - Seeks to amend Notification No. S.O. 1327(E) dated 22.03.2021 - S.O. 2340 (E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th May, 2023 S.O. 2340(E). The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 1327(E) dated 22.03.2021 , for inclusion of new members in NSEZ Authority, namely:- In the said notification, the entry at Sl.No. 6 which reads as under: 6 Sh. Amit Mehra, Chairman Managing Director, M/s. Medico Electrodes International Ltd., NSEZ shall be substituted as under: 6 Sh. Puneet Kapoor, Partner, M/s. APK Identification (Delhi) [F.
