GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH REVENUE (COMMERCIAL TAXES) DEPARTMENT G.O.Ms.No. 97 Dated : 06-03-2023 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government issued in Go.Ms.No.582, Revenue (CT-II) Department, dated 12.12.2017 namely:- AMENDMENT In the said notification, in the Schedule,- against S. No. 94, in column (3), after the item (ii) and the entries relating thereto, , the following item and the entry shall be inserted, namely:- ``(iii) Rab, other than pre-packaged and labelled''; 2, This notification shall be deemed to come into force on 1st day of March, 2023.
