FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08(Pt-1)(Vol. II)/232 Dated 26 th July 2023 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act. 2017 (4 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Nagaland Finance Department (Revenue Branch), F. NO. FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08(Pt-1) P dated the 30th June, 2017 and last amended vide notification F.NO. FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08(Pt-1)(Vol.II)/201 dated the 28 th February, 2023, namely: - In the notification, in Annexure III, for the words and figures during the Financial Year ____ under forward charge , the words and figures from the Financial Year ____under forward charge and have not reverted to reverse charge mechanism shall be substituted. 2.
