Rescind the Notification No. 30/2023-State Tax, dated the 12th December, 2023 - 3/2024 – State Tax - Jharkhand SGST

COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION 21st March, 2024 Notification No.- 3/2024 State Tax S.O. No. 2, Dated 21st March, 2024- -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, number 30/2023-State Tax, dated the 12th December, 2023 published vide S.O. No. 43, dated the 12th December, 2023, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 1st day of January, 2024. [File.
