Amendment in Notification No. SRO-GST-13 dated 8th July, 2017 - S.O. 222 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR CIVIL SECRETARIAT FINANCE DEPARTMENT JAMMU/SRINAGAR Notification Jammu/Srinagar, the 26th April, 2023. S.O. 222 . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (3) of Section 9 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No V of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No. SRO-GST-13 dated 8th July, 2017, namely :- In the Explanation, in clause (h), for the words and State Legislatures the words State Legislatures, Courts and Tribunals shall be substituted.
