MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 26th June, 2024 S.O. 2470(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (bc) of section 2 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956) , and in supersession of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) number S.O. 1002 (E) dated 1st March, 2024 and S.O. 3068(E) dated the 27th September, 2016 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government, in consultation with the Securities and Exchange Board of India established under section 3 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) , hereby notifies the goods specified in the Schedule for the purposes of clause (bc) of section 2 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956) , namely: - SCHEDULE S.
