Seeks to bring in force provisions of Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 - S.O. 909(E) - Foreign Contribution (Regulation)

MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th April, 2011 S.O. 909(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (42 of 2010) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of May, 2011 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
