The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O.1137(E) dated 23rd March, 2016 for inclusion of new members in Noida SEZ Authority, namely: In the said notification, the entry at Sl.No. 6 which reads as under 6 Shri Alok Mukherje, Director, M/s Syscom Corporation Ltd. shall be substituted as under: 1 [ 6.
