Seeks to bring in force provision of Various sections of Bihar Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2024 - S.O. 460 - Bihar SGST

COMMERCIAL TAX DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 30th October 2024 S.O. 460, dated the 30th October 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2024 (Bihar Ordinance No. 01, 2024), the Governor of Bihar, hereby appoints.- (a) the 27th day of September, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of section 6, section 34 and section 36 of the said Ordinance shall deemed to come into force; and (b) the 1st day of November, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of section 2 to section 5, section 7 to section 33 and section 35 of the said Ordinance shall come into force.
