Central Government notifies an area of 3.616 hectares thereby making total area of the Special Economic Zone as 46.874 hectares at village Bori, Taluka Nagpur, District Nagpur in the State of Maharashtra - S .O. 260(E) - Special Economic Zone

Rescinded vide Notification No. S.O. 5179(E) dated 29-11-2024 MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10 th Feberuary , 2012 S .O. 260(E). Whereas, M/s. Arshiya International Limited, a private organisation in the State of Maharashtra, had proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Free Trade and Warehousing Zone at village Bori, Taluka Nagpur, District Nagpur in the State of Maharashtra; And, whereas; the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules, 2006 , had notified the area of 43.258 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 2394(E), dated 30 th September 2010; And, whereas, M/s. Arshiya International Limited has now proposed to include an area of 3.616 hectares to the above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government has given its acceptance to the proposal; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies an area of 3.616 hectares as part of the above Special Economic Zone. thereby making total area of the Special Economic Zone as 46.874 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely : TABLE Serial No. Name of the village Survey / Hissa Number Area (in hectares) (1) (2) (3) (4) 1.
