NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 18th December, 2008 S.O. 2928(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 18 day of December, 2008 as the date from which the information technology and information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Plot no.8, Seetor-144, Noida, Uttar Pradesh developed by M/s.
