Amendment in the notification number S.O. 2002(E) dated 28th November 2007 MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 27th January, 2009 S.O. 346(E).- The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 2002(E) dated 28th November 2007 for setting up of a sector specific SEZ for Information technology and information technology enabled services at Rajarhat, Kolkata by M/s.
