Amendments to Notification no. 59 dated 18-11-08 - 100% EOUs allowed to export Non Basmati Rice-Quantity and Price fixed by the Govt. (TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART-I SECTION-I) GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE NOTIFICATION NO. 100(RE-2008)/2004-2009 NEW DELHI , THE 16th APRIL,2009 S.O.(E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3(2) of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) and also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to Notification No.59 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 18th November, 2008:- 2. The table in Para 2 of the Notification No. 59(RE-2008)/2004-09, Dated 18.11.08 is substituted as following:- Name of 100% EOU LOP No. Quantity of Non-basmati rice Minimum Export Price M/s Venkatachalapathi Modern Rice Mill, Abhishagapakkam, Pondicherry LoP No. PER: A/1999/041/EOU-PDY Dated 03.11.1999 12,500 tonnes US $ 1000/tonne M/s Bharath Exporters, R.R District, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. LoP No.PER: 350/EOU/VSEZ/2006 Dated 12.05.2006 12,500 tonnes US $ 1000/tonne 3. All other provisions of the Notification No. 59(RE-2008)/2004-09 Dated 18.11.08 shall remain unchanged. 4.
