Appointment of officers - Date of effect for Notification Nos. 27/97-Cus., 28/97-Cus. and 29/97-Cus. Notification No. 32/97-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 16-7-1997 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the following notification issued by Central Government in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) regarding appointment of officers shall come into force with effect from 16th July, 1997 namely :- (1) Notification No. 27/97-Cus. (N.T.), dated 7th July, 1997 [G.S.R. 363 (E), dated 7th July, 1997]. (2) Notification No. 28/97-Cus. (N.T.), dated 7th July, 1997 [G.S.R. 364 (E), dated 7th July, 1997]. (3) Notification No. 29/97-Cus. (N.T.) dated 7th July, 1997 [G.S.R. 365 (E), dated 7th July, 1997].
