Collector (Appeals), Allahabad to hear appeals against Collector of Customs (Preventive), Lucknow Notification No. 27/94-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 2-6-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 57/92-Customs (N.T.), dated the 31st July, 1992, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 10, for the entry in column (2), the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "Central Excise Collectorates, Allahabad and Kanpur and Preventive Collectorate, Lucknow in the State of Uttar Pradesh."
