Collector of Customs (Appeals) Jurisdiction - Amend ment to Notification No. 57/92-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 48/93-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 24-9-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 57/92-Customs (N.T.), dated the 31st July, 1992, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 9, in column (2), after the words "State of Meghalaya", the following entry shall be inserted, namely :- "Preventive Collectorate, Imphal (in the State of Manipur)".
