Appointment of Customs Officers - Amendment to Notification No. 252/83-Cus. Notification No. 48/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 5-7-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 252/83-Customs, dated the 27th August, 1983, namely :- In clause (a) of para 3 of the said notification, for the word "Pune", the words "Pune, Raipur" shall be substituted.
