Exchange Rates - Amendment Notification No. 43/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 6-6-1991 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 28/91-NT-CUS. [S.O. 226 (E)], dated 27th March, 1991 namely :- In the Schedule below the said Notification for serial No. 9 the entry relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) 9. Hong Kong Dollars 36.7900 This rate will be effective from 7-6-1991.
