Exchange rates - Amendment Notification No. 26/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 25-3-1991 In pursuance of Sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 80/90-NT-Cus. [S.O. 962 (E)], dated 27th December, 1990 as amended by Notification No. 15/91-NT-Cus. [S.O. No. 89 (E)] dated 13-2-1991. In the Schedule below the said Notification for serial Nos. 1 and 9 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) 1. Austrian Schilling 59.0500 9. Hong Kong Dollars 40.1000 These rates will be effective from 29-03-1991.
