Appointment of Collector of Customs, Delhi as Collector of Customs, Bombay and Calcutta Notification No. 76/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 27-11-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 53/90-Customs (N.T.), dated 3rd September, 1990, the Central Government hereby appoints the Collector of Customs, Delhi also to be Collector of Customs, Bombay and Calcutta for the specific purpose of adjudicating the cases pertaining to M/s. Super Cassettes Industries Ltd., Noida (Ghaziabad), and their sister concerns.
