Appointment of Additional Director General of Directorate General of Inspection and Audit as Collector of Customs Notification No. 59/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 21-9-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri K. Vishwanathan, the Additional Director General, Directorate General of Inspection and Audit (Customs Central Excise), Western Regional Unit, Bombay also to be Collector of Customs, for the specific purpose of adjudicating the case pertaining to M/s. Northern Plastics Limited, New Delhi.
