Appointment of Collector of Customs, Bombay as Collector of Customs, Delhi and Calcutta Notification No. 53/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 3-9-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 27/90-Customs (N.T.), dated 7th June, 1990, the Central Government hereby appoints the Collector of Customs, Bombay, also to be Collector of Customs, Delhi and Calcutta, for the specific purpose of adjudicating the cases pertaining to M/s. Super Cassettes Industries Ltd., Noida (Ghaziabad), and their sister concerns.
