Appointment of Collector of Customs, Delhi as Collector of Customs Bombay and Calcutta Notification No. 27/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 7-6-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Collector of Customs, Delhi also to be Collector of Customs, Bombay and Calcutta for the specific purpose of adjudicating the cases pertaining to M/s. Super Cassettes Industries Ltd., Noida (Ghaziabad), and their sister concerns.
