Collector of Customs (Appeals) Jurisdiction Notification No. 18/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 12-4-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 16/90-Customs (N.T.), dated the 6th April, 1990 namely :- In the said notification, in column (2) of the Table against Serial No. 4, after the existing entry, the words "Collectorate of Customs, Karnataka, Bangalore, in the State of Karnataka", shall be inserted.
