Appointment of Customs Officers Notification No. 15/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 6-4-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 36-Cus., dated 1-2-1963, namely :- In the Table to the said notification, for items No. (ii), (vi) and (vii) and the entries relating thereto, the following items and No. shall be substituted, namely: - (1) (2) (3) (4) (ii) Port and airport of Kandla, and the area under the jurisdiction of Gandhidham Muni cipality Collector of Customs, Kandla.
