Customs (Fees for Rendering Services by Customs Officers) Amendment Regulations, 1990 Notification No. 3/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 26-2-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 157 and 158 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Customs (Fees for Rendering Services by Customs Officers) Regulations, 1968, namely :- 1. (1) These regulations may be called the Customs (Fees for Rendering Services by Customs Officers) Amendment Regulations, 1990. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Table appended to the Customs (Fees for Rendering Services by Customs Officers) Regulations, 1968, against Sl. No. 1, in column (1), for the words "Preven tive Inspectors", the words and brackets "Superintendents of Customs (Preventive)" and for the words "Air Customs Inspectors", the words "Air Customs Superintendents", shall be substituted.
