Amendment to Notification No. 201/84-Cus. - 60/89 - Customs - Non Tariff

Amendment to Notification No. 201/84-Cus. Notification No. 60/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 27-9-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 201/84-Customs, dated the 18th July, 1984, namely :- In the said notification, for clause (d), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :- "(d) Administrative Officer, Superintendent (Preventive and Intelligence), Security Officer, Assistant Security Officer, Head Jamadar, Jamadars, Security guards and Sepoys, Kandla free trade zone, to be Officers of Customs within the Jurisdiction of the Additional Collector of Customs specified in clause (a)."
