Amendment to Notification No. 251/83-Cus. Notification No. 55/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 15-9-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 251/83-Customs, dated the 27th August, 1983, namely :- In the Table below the said notification, in clause (c) of Item No. 1,- (a) in column 1, for the words "The Port of Nhava Sheva", the words "the Jawaharlal Nehru Port" shall be substituted; (b) in columns 2, 3 and 4, for the words "Nhava Sheva", Wherever they occur, the words "Jawaharlal Nehru Port" shall be substituted.
