Appointment of Customs Officers Notification No. 38/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 26-6-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 186-Customs, dated the 4th August, 1981, namely :- In the said notification, in column (2) of the TABLE, against S. No. 1, the words "Joint Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi" shall be inserted and the entries against S.No. 3 shall be deleted.
