Amendment to Notification No. 251/83-Cus. Notification No. 32/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 12-6-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 251/83-Customs, dated the 27th August, 1983, namely :- In the Table to the said notification, for the entry against Sl. No. 6 for the entry under column (1), the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- 6. "port of Cochin, Cochin airport, Cochin export processing zone and the area under the jurisdiction of Greater Cochin Development Authority."
